Welcome to the 2025–2026 School Year
Oak View Elementary School

Dear Oak View Families,

It is with great excitement that I welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year at Oak View Elementary! As I begin my second year as principal, I am filled with gratitude for the strong relationships we built last year and the wonderful sense of community that makes Oak View such a special place.

As a parent myself, I know the importance of having a school leader who leads with care, listens with empathy, and always keeps children at the heart of every decision. I strive each day to lead Oak View the same way I would want the principal at my own children’s school to lead, with dedication, compassion, and a vision for every child’s success.

This past year, I also celebrated a personal milestone by completing my Doctor of Education degree (Ed.D.). This accomplishment reflects my lifelong commitment to learning and to strengthening my leadership, so that I may better serve our students, families, and staff. At Oak View, our mission continues to center on preparing our students for the future, whether that path leads to college, careers, or new opportunities driven by inquiry and innovation. Our goal is to nurture curious, confident learners who are ready to take on challenges and make a difference in their world.

On a personal note, my husband, our children, and our two lively dogs, Coco and Churro, bring balance and joy to my life. In my free time I enjoy spending time at Disneyland, going on walks with my dogs, reading and taking yoga classes. 

My door is always open, and I am always available to stop and chat. Whether you want to share a success, express a concern, or simply connect, I will always try to be available. Together, I know we will make this a year full of growth, achievement, and celebrations of learning.
